Scott Sinclair's hat-trick booked Swansea's first return to the top-flight since 1983 after beating Reading in the Championship play-off final.
Sinclair scored twice in two minutes, the first a penalty, then a close-range strike after Nathan Dyer's cross. It looked over for Reading when Stephen Dobbie made it 3-0, but the Royals struck back through a Joe Allen own goal and a Matt Mills header.
